Shipping and Risk of Loss
Hongkong Highfort Limited ships clothing products to addresses you provide. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Hongkong Highfort Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond Hongkong Highfort Limited's reasonable control.
14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
You may request a refund for any clothing product for any reason within 14 days after the date you receive the product. This is a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. To request a refund, contact Hongkong Highfort Limited at [email protected] within 14 days after receipt. The product must be returned in its original condition with original tags attached. Hongkong Highfort Limited must receive the returned product before processing the refund. Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days after Hongkong Highfort Limited receives the returned product and approves the refund. The 14 days processing and arrival period begins when Hongkong Highfort Limited receives the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
PayPal Refunds
If you paid with PayPal, PayPal refunds take at least 14 days after Hongkong Highfort Limited approves the refund. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. You agree that PayPal refund timing is controlled by PayPal and financial institutions, and Hongkong Highfort Limited does not guarantee a shorter period. The minimum PayPal refund period is 14 days. The maximum PayPal refund period in affected regions is 30 days.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must contact Hongkong Highfort Limited at [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt. Your claim must include your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photographs of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt will be denied. Hongkong Highfort Limited may require return of the damaged or defective item. Approved claims receive a replacement or refund at Hongkong Highfort Limited's discretion. Refund processing for approved damaged or defective claims follows the Refund Policy in these Terms of Service.
Returns and Return Shipping
You must follow Hongkong Highfort Limited's return instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is confirmed damaged or defective by Hongkong Highfort Limited. Hongkong Highfort Limited is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. You must use a trackable return method. Hongkong Highfort Limited recommends retaining proof of return shipment.
Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, images, and software on blazerdycx.com are owned by Hongkong Highfort Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from blazerdycx.com content without prior written permission from Hongkong Highfort Limited.
